1General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") Mil Bat ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you") constitutes a legal agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the milbat.ws website and all associated services.

The following definitions are used consistently throughout this document:

• Account: A personal user profile registered at Mil Bat.
• Balance: The total funds currently available in your account.
• Bonus Balance: Funds earned from various promotions that can be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
• Wager: The total wagering amount required to withdraw bonus winnings.

Mil Bat is licensed and operated by an international gaming authority. These Terms & Conditions are consistent with internationally recognized gaming laws and regulations.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account with Mil Bat:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials strictly confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

The KYC verification process requires a clear photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Mil Bat reserves the right to request KYC verification for any account at any time.

3Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on Mil Bat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Mil Bat cancels it.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 and the maximum for a single bet is ৳5,00,000.
• Displayed odds are subject to change — the odds at the moment the bet is placed will be considered final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mil Bat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Accounts suspected of match collusion or game manipulation may be subject to investigation.
• If bets on the same event exceed the permitted limit, the excess portion may be cancelled.

Mil Bat is not responsible for bets cancelled due to connection issues during live betting. However, bets successfully recorded on the server are always valid.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Mil Bat supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳50,000 to ৳5,00,000 based on tier
• The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Mil Bat may suspend the withdrawal process if a transaction is deemed suspicious.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes. VIP members enjoy even faster processing. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

The following terms must be met to participate in Mil Bat's bonus program:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• The required wagering must be completed before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Mil Bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses can only be used for betting — direct withdrawal is not permitted until the wager requirement has been met.

6Live Casino & Game Rules

Mil Bat's Live Casino section offers baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, and many more. The following specific terms apply to this section:

• All game outcomes are determined by a verified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If disconnected, the game continues from the state recorded on the game server.
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final and will not be reversed unless a technical error occurred.
• Any form of cheating or dishonest tactics, whether inside or outside a game, will result in account closure.

7Responsible Betting Policy

Mil Bat believes entertainment is best when it's in control. That's why we place responsible betting at the heart of everything we do.

• Use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits are available for all users to set.

• Any suspicious transactions detected will result in the account being placed under investigation.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• The use of bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• In confirmed cases of fraud, account balances will be forfeited and legal action will be taken.

10Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Mil Bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete KYC information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Promotion abuse or bonus scamming.
• Use of bots or unauthorized software.
• Harassing other users or attempting to harm the platform.

Members may request account closure at any time — in such cases, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance.

11Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute, please contact Mil Bat first via live chat or at support@milbat.ws. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the licensing authority. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident.

12Terms Updates & Notifications

Mil Bat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by SMS or email at least 7 days in advance.
